Many managers have their own staff they like to work with and people could create their own. From a Manager/Ass man combo to a fully fledged backroom staff. The only downside is people can use it to create a super backroom staff to make the game easier (their choice), but it can be used as a challenge by managing a top side with sunday league backroom staff. This would be optional, of course. Also you can set relationship to you, Along with affecting the chances they stick with you and willing to follow you around.
