Replace 'Unknown' with an empty space in my custom scouting view?

I have a custom scouting view with a lot of info to look through.

Before players are fully scouted there are a lot of columns (eg Pros, Cons, Ability, Potential) full of 'Unknown, Unknown, Unknown... '

For me, the whole thing would look a lot cleaner and easier to digest if I could replace all the 'Unknowns' with an empty space.

Is this possible?

Just wondering, does the lack of response mean it's not possible?
