If you start with the unlockable active, you will have no way of being sacked. If you start without the unlockable active, once a meeting with the board is initiated due to poor performance, you will have the option whether or not to activate the unlockable. You will not have to play 10 seasons for this to take effect. The only way you can be sacked at this point is if you are relegated into a non playable league. Hope this helps!
