fedepr Posted March 28, 2019 Share Posted March 28, 2019 Hello, I'm playing FM for over 10 years, and always noticed this behaviour, that is not realistic at all: when a manger, human or AI controlled, is under contract with a team, sometimes happens that he resigns then signs with another club or national team! i think this is frustrating and not real at all. in real life, when a manager is under contract with a team, he can NOT sign another one unless his resignment is accepted from the chairman or, in the case another club wants him, this club is paying a compensation clause. eventually, for more realism, you could add the fact that the chairman can be able to REFUSE the resignment (you can set this as a startup option, if you do not check it the game remains as it is now) so that under contract managers CANNOT JOIN others club when they want, breaking their contracts to all effects! slightly different for nationals calling, when eventually a manager should be able to continue both jobs, just like now.
