[Suggestion] Retired numbers coming out of retirement

Sometimes retired numbers come out of retirement. Lyon had 16 and 17 retired but they returned, Hirving Lozano got Pachuca to unretire number 8, Köln retired 10 for Podolski, Schalke 7 for Raul, you get the idea.

Then there are also special cases, for example where Maldini has given permission for one of his sons to wear the number 3, like his father before him. I feel like that should be in the game, although I don't know exactly how it would even be implemented, maybe just in the editor?

I understand clubs retire numbers out of respect for the player, and that should also be respected, but clubs do unretire numbers sometimes, so it would add more realism.
