adm1991 Posted February 10, 2019 Share Posted February 10, 2019 The Italian FA decided that starting from 19/20 season Serie B will have 20 teams, with 5 teams going up from Serie C instead of 4 like in the Fm19 game. The slight modification it will be like this: 3 automatic promoted teams, and 2 from the play-offs, the winners of the 2 semifinals go straight to Serie B. Maybe you could include this modification in the winter patch to make more realistic. Also to make the Italian football realistic, they have a restriction for head-coaches: a head-coach can sign for a single team per season in the same division, this it would be a good improvement of FM19.
