Here's what I mean: 1968 to 1995:double round robin. 1987/88:Penalty Shoot Out decide drawn matches. 1986-89:no foreign players allowed in the squad. 1995 to 2001: Apertura and Clausura used,with a Grand Final between the winners of the two leagues. 2001 to 2018:double round robin. but how to change the league rules over the season?
