alejandrog10 Posted July 11, 2018 Share Posted July 11, 2018 If a player has you as one of his favoured persons, when they have a transfer offer on the table (whether it was requested or not), and have a choice to accept a contract from one or a number of clubs at the same time, they should ask you your opinion as their 'mentor.' You could voice your opinion and they could choose to listen or not (kind of like switching international teams currently). For me, it would solve an issue where a former protege of mine would get an offer from a big time squad but I know he won't get minutes there, I could try and tell him that ahead of time so his career isn't stifled.
