Holiday: option to end holiday if a player requests a conversation (akin to how if you're offered an interview)

Going on a holiday shouldn't mean going AWOL and remote, with no method of contact. I sometimes holiday international breaks and come back to a dressing room up in arms because I ignored someone's request for a conversation in the middle of a holiday.
