Final Approval for Delegations

Not sure if this has been discussed or suggested already, but something that's been bothering me for a while is the fact that there's no middle ground between negotiating all of the contracts and letting your DoF do it all with no input whatsoever. I'd like to have my DoF come to me with his final contract that I then have to approve before it's final. That way I'm not having to tediously negotiate every contract but at the same time my DoF isn't giving every single one of my players a release clause much lower than their market value. This should go for most of the things you delegate to your staff just as a final approval step as it would be in real life.
