Second season, after 16 rounds in League 1, we are 2nd. League Table - We are overachieving, media prediction - 12th. Squad - Balanced squad with back up options. Transfers - Only free agents and loan players. Finances - We are paying 220K/m euro, still having 13.7mln euro debt. Key Player Profiles: Lee Burge - good goalkeeper, developed to L1's level. Ryan Haynes - very good left back, 10 assist last season. Flyyn Downes - extended his loan contract after last season, it's a bit slow. Conor Chaplin - primary goalscorer. After 1st season Coventry are under new ownership. Consortium bumped some money in the balance, but nothing special. West Ham "stole" our best youth prospect , they payed 120K euro compensation. Another cup lose against Luton Town in Checkatrade. We started with a few disappointing defeats. After that we have improved with some nice wins. rimisark Posted November 22, 2017 Author Share Posted November 22, 2017 2nd consecutive promotion. We are going up!!! #Championship. 2 wins, 2 draws and only 1 lose after last streaming session. Last game was incredible drama. We took the lead and after 31min made it 2:0. In the second half we have slowed down the pace and Exeter pulled down 2 goals. After 77min result was 2:2 and if it finished that we will be 3rd. I made some tactical tweaks and we scored the winning goal in 82min. Liam Kelly secured the promotion. We need to sign better players. Final league standing. Player stats: We have new owner, Bulgarian My data analyst recommended this guy and I immediately signed him. Signed a dozen new players, but that pays me off. Transfer activity: Mostly free agents and players on loan. Best player from this year's youth intake. I won Manager of the year award.
