Eddie Boop
I'm managing Southend in League One, and am sixth just entering 2018. I expect I won't get promoted and I'm already looking to build towards next season in League One, but I worry I'm not going to be able to find the best new faces to bring in, and will end up with a very similar squad. My scouting range can't be extended beyond UK and Ireland. I'm scouting for end of contract players but really I want to snap up hot prospects that I can make some money off in the long-term. How do you guys find players in the lower leagues when you can't scout ones from abroad?
MaxeyN17
Look at the U21/23 squads of the Premier League/Championship teams. There's normally a few good players that are released but you have to wait for them to actually leave before you can sign them. The Irish/Scottish leagues also normally have some good players who you can agree a pre-contract with.
