Violok Posted October 16, 2017 Share Posted October 16, 2017 I don’t know if this already can happen but if not it will be a great addition to me. I like to play a 5-3-2 with 2 wb and dm. As most of us know an important characteristic of hoyd is the formation that he prefers in order to bring you players that fit your formation... it’s a very rare formation the one which I use and it’s extremely difficult to find a hoyd of the same.. and I mean a good one, not perfect but at least with a positive personality and some above average appropriate attributes... so i’m thinking why not if the hoyd (or any other coach) with very good adaptability and tactical knowledge and maybe after spending 2 or 3 years at the club adapt my tactical formation ?
