Youth Recruitment 11+ for Amateur Teams?

I am interested to play a North American team like US or British Virgin Islands after creating the db file.

I noticed most teams there are Amateur teams but have corporate of 10 and Recruitment of abvoe 11 upto 20.

Is it reflected from real world or an error, i am confused.

Should I edit it in the editor to low corporate and youth recruitment? Or is it accurate from the real world info ?
