BruceyNTFC Posted March 21, 2017 Share Posted March 21, 2017 I'm using a custom db, but for some reason, I can't seem to employ any youth coaching staff at any club, no matter of level. It's not an issue I've come up against before, am using the advanced editor, the roles are there, but my board constantly advises I have no staff, and if I request additions (only available for coaches, not the managers or anything else) they reject me each and every time. Anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong? I have under 23s and Under 18s set as my first and second youth teams. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought that, so I added myself as gaffer at MUFC, still no joy. It's a modded db, I should add, all staff & players over 23 have been released. BruceyNTFC Posted March 23, 2017 Author Share Posted March 23, 2017 Managed to resolve this, simply by reverting the under-18s, back to under-19s. Odd that changing the age range should have such an effect. I'm sure there's some linked factor in it, but simple fix, in case anyone else comes across this.
