ow25 Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 It might be petty but when starting up your save I think you should be able to chose between your manager having had experience in coaching or previously having been a player instead of only being able to chose your past playing experience. It bugs me and kills the realism that the only way to be considered for a 'big' job is if you put yourself down as having being an international footballer which means you cant really model yourself after a Mourinho or another manager who (although granted Mourinho was a player as a kid) was a coach before being given an opportunity to become a manager. So what im suggesting is that as well as being able to pick between: sunday league, semi-pro, etc. etc. that you ar also able to chose past coaching experience such as maybe: amateur team manager, u18s manager/youth coach, reserve team manager, assistant manager etc. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
