So, I took over Bangor in the Northern Irish 2nd tier and straight off the bat was only able to sign players on a non - contract basis. This was quite annoying throughout the season as other clubs could come in at anytime to poach my players. Despite this, we achieved promotion at the first attempt and the first thing the board did was set an initial wage budget of around 5k p/w for my next season in the premier (up from about 1k in my first season). I assumed that such a massive jump in the amount of money available for wages would automatically allow me to at least offer part time contracts but this doesn't seem to be the case (still can only offer non-contract terms). Am not raising this as a bug right now as I guess there could be some real world reason but if anyone from SI thinks it is an issue then please let me know and I'll raise it in the bugs forum.
