Then 15+ in relevant attributes for the type of coach: Attacking - attacking coach Defending - defensive coach Tactical - Tactical coach Technique and Attacking - shooting coach Technique and Mental - ball control 20 in Fitness for Fitness coach 20 in Goalkeeping for GK coach (you could add on tactical / technical for shot stopping / handling, but that's overkill really).
