Johnny Malone
I always have amazing team harmony at whatever team I go to (and I'm very modest too!) and I was just wondering whether it actually makes a difference whether the team are close or not??? Sikker
It makes sense if it makes a difference. Higher team harmony would likely make players run that extra yard for his team mates. Also players would probably have higher morale even when things go against them as the team mates pick each other up instead of moaning.
Johnny Malone
Thanks, it just didn't seem to make a difference when they are 'severely fractured' by a player wanting away.
Sikker
Obviously I don't know the situation in your team, but even in the tightest groups have cracks
Box
Squad harmony affects performances on the pitch and morale, which in turn affects pitch performances. I also helps team to accommodate various tactics and styles a little quicker I find too.
