Is it better to start selling and buying players now or wait until the official transfer market opens, and I get my new budget? I wasn't sure budget wise if it makes much difference. Is it better to spend what I have left and then get the new budget or hold onto the funds and see what my new budget will be? Thanks for the help! Cougar2010 Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 Budgets are based on the money you have in the bank (+ any outstanding transfers) so in that respect it makes little difference when you spend it. If you spend it now, they'll be less money in the bank & you'll get a lower budget. If you don't spend it you'll have have more money in the bank and therefore a bigger budget.
