Advanced rules - where can I set the number of promoted/relegated teams?

I'm messing around with the andvanced rules but I can't find where I can specify the number of promoted/relegated teams and which league they should be moved into. Can somebody point me to it, please?

Go to whatever division in the league you want to edit, go to stages and select 'stage 0 - leag (league)', go down that list and select 'league settings', scroll down a bit and the promoted/relegated numbers are there.
