Jersey: 2nd version a lot (a glitch?)

For years, I've noticed that my teams play with the second jersey way too often, either at home or away games.

I'd like to see the first jersey being used more often, as it should naturally be.

Any chance FM programmers can fix this (or even create a clickable option somewhere in the game)?
