Medders Posted March 12, 2013 Share Posted March 12, 2013 I'm managing Swansea in the Prem,season 2016/17 and i've a very good set of scouts who work well for me. I've appointed a Head of Youth Development 2 seasons ago who's got 18 for spotting player potential and 20 for man management. Why then are the annual intake of youth players a collective piece of ***** with at BEST one 3 star potential?? It defeats the whole point of having a head of Youth Development in part?
