Soultaken
Hi Folks First post here so please be gentle as I know this topic may be covered elsewhere but I can't see it! I'm about to get a new gaming PC and want to carry on playing the FM 2011 & 2013 games that I have going (the 2011 game is now into the 2020's and I have a good - but not great - team). Are the saved games saved within Steam or on my PC? I've looked in the FM 2011 & 2013 folders and can't see my saved games anywhere. I want to save them onto an external HD so I can start them again when I reinstall the games. I don't want to un-install the games off my current PC to load them up one my new one and lose my saves! Hope someone can help!
BoundedCascade
It is on your PC they are located in your SportsInteractive folder in your MyDocuments. If you were to put those onto an external hardrive or save them to a cloud drive you could then put them in the same folder on your new computer and you would be good to go. Spikey
As long as FM is patched to the same version on the new pc there is no reason it wouldn't work unless the file becomes corrupted while transferring, in which case just do it again. Never had a problem switching save files personally.
