jonnyyendell Posted November 3, 2012 Share Posted November 3, 2012 I would say his tactical role would be the type of role your playing him. For example if he's a striker and within your tactic you have a striker playing as a poacher then set his individual training to poacher or if your tactic play the striker as an advance forward select his individual training role as advance forward.
