sparks1754 Posted February 22, 2011 Share Posted February 22, 2011 I've tried scouting opposition with a completely rubbish scout with very low abilities in everything and my top scout who has 16 plus in all the important abilities and the reports seem the same. I have them both scouting opposition at the same time. Does everyone else find the same thing? I thought tactical knowledge would make a difference (at least i think its tactical knowledge as I don't have the game open at the moment) but seemingly not.
