A combined league or a tournament with the top 5 teams from 2 or 3 countries.. Like a Scottish/English league, Dutch/Belgian, Danish/Swedish/Norwegian or Slovakian/Czech league. I can move teams, so I can put them in one league, but then I have to change the team's nationality too and that's exactly what I don't want to do. I mean, can you imagine Celtic with an all English U19 team? I was wondering if anyone had any experience with that? All tips and hints are more than welcome!
