Mine came back to normal, I don't know if restarting the game or by performing some action in the game itself. When it came back I had to reconfigure the preferences, as they had resetted -
Managing Benfica, was able to setup all staff responsibilities during 1st season. When 2nd Season starts, I can no longer set responsibilities for U23 U21 U19 and B teams - For example set DoF to renew contracts of U19 players The sections for these players disappeared: They were there the 1st season.
