I've had a look at both the default files from FM22 and FM23 and there isn't much difference except for the addition of headings in the FM23 file. I have taken the human profile from the Tato 22 skin and used it in my personal skin in FM22 and have just transferred it over to FM23. Everything seems to work except the Scouting Knowledge section is different in FM23. Instead of the coloured bar to show how much knowledge you have in a country, it now says in my case "Extensive" which isn't placed right. Is there a way to get this back to the way it looked in FM22? Below is the screenshot from FM23 followed by the one from FM22 to show the difference.

I am editing the FM23 Base Skin that is linked on this website. I have noticed that when most news items come into the inbox, the background is a blue (shown below in the screenshot). In previous versions this was a black colour which fitted in with the dark skin theme. Changing the "bg tertiary" colour in settings changes the colour, but I am wondering which paper.png file this graphic is.

Easiest way is to edit the paper.png graphic in something like photoshop and change the transparency there

Does anyone know which file controls the area below in the red box? As you can see in the blue box, I would like to change the text from white to black so that it is more readable.

Did you ever get round to releasing this @Drakestone? Love the layout and for it to be able to use background images as this is something that I love to use to make the game feel a bit more unique when managing different teams. I am currently using my own light skin which I have taken panels from various skins for my own personal use. I do love the layout and how this looks though.
