Hey, maybe I can answer your question: I have the same problem. I have updated the game to the newest version, but I'm still playing a savegame which I have started before. -

sorry, I didn't look at the forum for weeks - do you still want the save? -
in the scouting reports all players are shown without any information about their transfer and loan interest, they're always "not for sale" and the estimated wage ist "n/a".
