Can't seem to go on a course to learn chinese. Just checked.
If you do the linguist one it might be fair to note how many languages you start with that are fluent. For example I'm dutch and according to the game that means i'm fluent in three languages allready. Others might start with only one

europe is last on my list too. At least the 5 big countries. Might go for turkey and holland before that.
Am really loving my stay at Dalian so far. They have such a good setup. I don't know how they managed to slip so far but I am greatfull. Don't think I could have started at a better club.

I was wondering if I was the only one that likes to map out his career path.
I barely started my second season and am allready thinking of where I want to manage my 2nd, 3th and even 4th team.
I realise these plans won't survive past the first job offer, but still it's nice to plan ahead.

After aplying around the world the good folks of Aerbin took me in. They play in the second tier of China.
At the start of the season they were among the favorites to go up. After 23 games, however, they found themselves 15th. Just in the relegation zone.
That's where I came in. 7 games later we are 9 points clear of relegation.
This was to the liking of the board who are allready promising a big increase in budgets for next season.
Season Team Position Notes and Achievements 2015 Aerbin 10th Team was 15th when I took over

Super_Gord, Blackdevil and Karax - Looking forward to your reports of your FM16 Ultimate experience; especially Karax because the other two are veterans. There are definitely tactics or approaches that one can use on this challenge.
Have any of you new starters done anything significant with the distribution of your initial manager stats? I kind of fudged the 'clarification' issue by saying that we can adjust each side of the stats, but it has to stay balanced. The thing is I don't know if this initial distribution would make a difference or not. There are definitely stats which haven't improved much for me at all on my save. Do people think that we should just allow people to do whatever they want with the initial stats?
Karax - I'd say two months is quite quick to get a job actually. I mean, you have to wait for the season to start and someone to underperform, and we can probably get slightly higher division jobs in the latter part of the season once clubs are rooted at the bottom of the table and prepared to give absolutely anybody a job.
I'm used to get a job on the first round of applications. guess I'm a bit spoiled
I actualy got a job late into the season. I ended up in China with about 8 games to play.
I erred on the side of caution and left my points distribution halfway.

It took me the better part of two months to get a job.
Most weren't even bothered to invite me for an interview. Those that did usualy found an excuse not to hire me.
So that seems to be working as it should.
I'll do my first update when I finish this season. Hopefully tonight.

With age.
Thanks. I'll bring him a bit more slowly in that case

I have a talented defender. Most of his attributes are good enough to play for me in la liga (i'm Barca) except his bravery is at only 9. I feel he makes some wrong decisions because of this and it keeps him out of the squad more I would like. Is there some way to raise The bravey attribute? Or does it come with age?

I make my own schedules as well. Assuming you know the theory behind the schedules and how you want your players to develop, making a schedlue will only take a minute or so.
That wil not mean it's a perfect schedule. Check results every six months or so and make tweaks when needed.

Death:
the way I would train him would be:
6*3 on strength
3*5 on Aerobics
2*5 on Tactics
3*4 on Bal control
3*3 on defending
3*2 on attacking
2*3 on defending
1*5 on set pieces
This way he'll have high in the medium workload. With only 5 stamnia he will not be able to play much though, as he would tire out quickly. You could sub him each game when his condition runs out if he's really that much better than your other players

I have very good results so far.

actualy reading the thread would help
These are training schedules made on the principles of Sfrasers new theory of one notch per atribute. in attacking for example are only two atributes to be trained. In aerobics there are five.
So when aerobics are on notch 15 and attacking on notch 6 all atributes are trained equally.
And about the schedules those were made for Sfrasers team (man utd i think) for this to work properly you'll have to modify the schedules to suit our own players.

SFraser, you said earlier in the thread:
I believe I have miscounted certain Attributes in both Strength and Aerobic Training Categories. This means that in my next set of Schedules I could knock down every Aerobic and Strength slider by 3 to 4 points atleast while maintaining the same or similar balance, which would be a huge improvement to the overall Intensity of Physical Training.Does this still hold true?
If so, I assume it means that every strength and aerobics Atribute tick goes down by one notch. Strength from 4 to 3 and Aerobic from 6 to 5.
I'm planning to make training schedules for all the different player types listed in the Tactic Generator, adding to the schedules allready published by SFraser
