Whatever you do, stick with the tactic. I started using V6 with palace in the championship and it took 29 games for it all to click. I then changed to the eagle and i haven't looked back. I have to admit i have been tempted to go back to version 6 but i find the eagle is just so much better for my team home and away. And it's only the beta version!! You have to be patient because once it clicks it is superb. If you are a average team with average squad then i would stick with the eagle tactic home and away. I am sure it will work. Just give it time!!!!

Yeah. Patience is another attribute to use with this tactics.lol You really need time. And I'm not talking about ten matches, no. It took me 4 seasons to have decent results. You need to stick to it.

I'm using Eagle (redhotwax's edit) with Trofense, Portuguese premier, and it's disappointing, 10 games, 1win, 3draws. Ok, maybe it's the worst team of the championship, but it isn't working for me.

Have made any new signings? Try V6. I've tried it once, without new signings. But the best I got was a 13th place. Even in the game Trofense as the worse team in the league. You need new players that fit the attributes required. Get a few decent players and try using V6. Eagle is a little better in away matches, but not with Trofense. For some reason they were relegated.lol

ive asked two times now with no response, so hopefully i will be third time lucky

using the V6 piranha, i play bad away from home, and when i lower menality by 4 and DL by 2 my assisant tells me the strikers are too far from the midfield. what do i do to solve this?

I'll answer you. I do nothing away from home. And the few times I lowered mentality I played weel, no matter what the ass man said. You can either see how it goes with the mentality notched; try to use V6 without tweaks, and risk it; or use the new eagle, for it is better away from home.

I don't know how people can not have success with tyler's tactics. I have success with them all. And I play a lot of time on holiday. But that's me.

BTW is this Eagle version the final one? Or is it gonna be a final version of it. I'm usin' it both home and away and it works wonderfully. Got me a League and Cup on Croatia with NK Dynamo (Croatia Zagreb) and a Serie B victory with 104 points, with the recently relegated Napoli. Don't ask for ss 'cause I have none. Hope you all have success with it too.

No. Somewhere arround here Tyler said something about droping the mentality 3-5 notches and the dfensive line a few notches two. On the same tactic(V6). That's just what I do. I drop the mentalyti 4 notches, and the defensive line 2 notches.

Have ppl made a seperate tactic using v6 but with the mentallity notches down 3-5 to start an away game or is it best to start with the normal v6 and slide the notches down during the game,,,,,if you start with the normal v6 what are the tell tale signs that its best to slide the notches down??????????

I play the tweaked version both home and away. From the begining. I have just started a new save, but i gave a world cup, an european cup(both with russia) and a EPL with Aston Villa. So...

I'm not Tyler, but I recomend you all give a little chance to his v6 tactic. Drop mentality 3-5 notches, if you want and the defensive line 2 notches. You'll see it works. Both home and away. And it works for any team you want to manage. I know it does.

No, I was trying to stick to the original tactic, to see how it would work, but at away matches I started losing to the worst teams on the league, I thought I should change something. So I took your advice and lowered the mentality. It worked fine. I'm now 3 points to the leader. If it goes like I expect, at the end of the season I'm first.

I just lost 3 in a row, away. I'm Stutgart, lost against Bochum, Hoffenheim, and Mainz, for the cup. It's the second season I'm using the tatic, so the players should already be used to it. Don't they?

Everton are very strong in defence. This may be the reason for good away results.

Don't get me wrong, your tactic is great. Otherwise I wouldn't have got a FA cup, nor a Eurocup with teams such as Portsmouth or Newcastle. But I still have to figure what to do when away from home. Change a player, or say something. One thing this game is lacking is the teamtalk during the match. I would teel to play the f**k up.lol

I like all of Tyler's tatics, but I still strugle away. No matter the team talk I use in the begining of the match, or the one in half time. If I say nothing they lose, if I say good luck they lose. Don't know what's wrong, but I'm gonna find out.
