Managers with Iceland as the main nationality have 7 languages spoken fluently. Danish, German, Faroese, Spanish, French and Icelandic and English. It should really only be Icelandic and English spoken fluently. I reported the exact same bug for FM22 early in that release and it still hasn't been fixed.
