I created a custom database with 6 custom managers just to simulate and see how they do. I gave them 20 ambition and randomized the rest of their stats. Now, over 4 years into the future, 4 of them have been sacked and are just sitting there unemployed. 2 of them have been unemployed for 3 or 4 years and still have not gotten new teams. I feel like I've done something wrong in the setup. Is there any stat that prevents them from joining new teams?

I was thinking of buying the in-game editor and there is a sale on Epic right now but I have the game on Steam. If I buy it on Epic, can I use it with the Steam version of the game? I'm assuming not, but I just wanted to ask and see if anyone knows for sure.

What is the difference between "reserve teams" and "reserve teams to create" in reserve teams tab? I only saw one other post about it and nobody answered.

Hello I have a question about finances. I'm trying to figure out how payroll budget is calculated. I created a new team but its payroll budget is far lower than other teams in the league, despite having more sponsorship and season ticket income. I want to increase the payroll budget so that I'm actually able to make transfers in the first season when I start my save.
