First attempt, I have chosen Ockero IF, Here for the long haul. This will be a graft. Any suggestions with mentoring tips would be appreciated. I feel like its going to be needed to really push our youngsters to their maximum. Our tactic is below its my first attempt so this may be tweaked during the season if needed.
