[Under 16s in the game]

Hi everyone!

Just curious on the topic of having players under 16 years old in the game. I understood that FM is not allowed to add players under 16 into the game database. The only public exception was in FM15 where Martin Odegaard's dad gave FM permission to add him in when he was 15. I was just wondering if this is being extended to all players who wants to be in the game or just the publicly known talents as at that time (of course alongside their parent's approval). Any idea?

i am just wondering on the general stance.. even if Utd hold their investigations, the solutions will be that:

1) he will be in the Utd squad

2) he will be released on free transfer

but generally, he will still be in the game regardless of Utd's decision? - unless he announce his retirement from the game

anyway, tough decision for both Utd and all other football-related things to consider in all the moral/legal/social factors.

i am just wondering whether SI is adding mason greenwood back into the game in the winter update.. any idea what the criteria is?

i did a reload with a small database, no leagues added

chewinggums preloaded.fm for the one before the fixture update

chewinggums post loaded.fm for the ones without U18 fixture generated

HI @Neil Brock no i do not have. I just randomly ran the fixtures for a year and it was saved right after the fixtures generation date

HI @Luke Hume i did not load any custom files but the U18 is not loaded too. U23 seems to be going on fine though.

U23 carries on in the second season, but not the U18
