Oh alright thank you for the heads up!

For some reason, there is -1 for Academy Coaching and -1 for Youth Recruitment. Maybe I need to get a HOYD first, but that's kinda weird. This was the first reload, because I want this to be very authentic.

I'm pretty new to FM, having my first FM being FM23, where I took Oostende from bottom of Belgium to UCL in 14 seasons. This gonna be hard but I'm doing Japan.
