I am busy adding lower Welsh Leagues to the game and am struggling with some promotion and relegation between the 2nd and 3rd tier. The 2nd tier is already in the game, the Cymru North/South, and each of the two divisions relegates 3 teams. The 3rd Tier has 4 divisions, a NE, NW, SE, and SW, where the champions of each are promoted, NE and NW to Cymru North, and SE and SW to Cymru South. The second place teams in the NE and NW have a playoff for promotion to the Cymru North, and the same for the SE and SW second place teams for promotion into the Cymru South. If anyone could help, please let me know.
