  1. Anyone solved a problem like this? I've built a custom league structure for a small European nation. The fourth and lowest tier is made up of teams that are almost all set to amateur, but in all my testing 100% of them invariably switch to semi-pro at the end of the first season. I'd like this tier to stay amateur (at least for a while, in a build-a-nation type save). I've set the league and all club reputations very low and made sure that virtually no money is coming into these clubs, but even with sizable negative balances they're all still choosing to go semi-pro. Is there some factor I'm missing? Anyone know enough about how and why the AI decides to switch between statuses to explain this?
  2. I have a custom lower division with two groups of 10 teams each. For simplicity's sake I'd just like the group winner with the higher point total to be processed as the champion of the division. Is there an easy way to do that?
