I think it would be a nice immersion feature to add to the game the friendly, usually charitable, legends/veterans/all-stars matches that many clubs have, where they field former legends of that club who are already retired (in the style of the Corazón Classic Match, for example). I understand showing the actual game can get quite tricky as when players retire they lose their player attributes but even a piece of news in the feed showing the line-up for the match would be great for those of us into the role-playing aspect in a long career, showing how players we developed or signed became legends for the club and are still associated with it even after the player hung up his boots.

It is in the calendar you see while the game is processing after clicking on continue. In the little card it shows for affiliate team matches they appear as Bilb B whether it is the second or the third team. You can set a friendly match for A. Bilbao C a few days in the future so it is within the week in the calendar to see it. Just in case it affects, I play in Spanish, but it also shows to me when I change language to British English. -
Managing Spain (as well as A. Bilbao) in a game imported from FM23. When a player on loan (Nico, on loan from Juventus to FC Porto) was named Player of the Match, the message in the Inbox says that Spain fans want me to make his loan permanent, making it look as if he is on loan to the Spanish national team instead. See 4th item in Inbox in the save game.

Short name (e.g. name in calendar) for A. Bilbao C is set as Bilb B (which is also set for A. Bilbao B) instead of Bilb C.

Playing as A. Bilbao in a game transferred from FM23, also hired as Spain's manager. Due to the own lower teams having their own interface, I cannot access the transfer history for my B and C teams. Transfers of players in those teams do not appear in the first team Transfer History either, and they don't produce any board or supporter feedback under Club Vision.

The Staff section of the Transfer History is empty for every club, both for transfers made while in FM23 and in FM24 (the game was transferred when the in-game date was June 2028). Playing as A. Bilbao in a game imported from FM23. Also hired as Spain's manager. The C team manager was sacked by the president over three months ago due to performance in the Primera División Federación A española. The president does not proceed to hire a new manager and none of the managers that appeared either as media bets for the position in the social feed or as leading candidate in the Job Centre are willing to negotiate a contract as they are not interested in joining the club. Note that the bug https://community.sigames.com/bugtracker/football-manager-2024-early-access-bugs-tracker/club-vision-supporter-confidence-manager-staff-appointments/staff-responsibilities-for-u19-and-bc-teams-missing-r18434/ is also appearing in the save.

Playing as A. Bilbao in a game transferred from FM23, currently in year 2030. Also hired as Spain manager. The staff responsibilities options for the U19 and the B and C teams do not appear in the list (meaning, e.g., I cannot control the training of the teams). Primarily happens during breaks in the season, but has also happened at other points. It sometimes gets fixed by itself after some time without any apparent trigger. Sometimes when I change the individual training of players in that team it gives me the option to control all individual trainings (which makes the option for individual training appear under Staff, but leaves the option to control all training still missing), but other times (including in the attached save) it simply lets you change that individual training without asking anything else.
