Game crashing when I click continue and not sure why.

Loaded a previous save to try and diagnose the problem, the common factor seems to be if offer too many players via transer room in one day and it causes the crash. I dont see a way to fix this other than to load a save from a week back, so you can lose a lot of progress doing this. -
I have just joined Club America in January 2028, it is the 4th and when I click continue the game is crashing. I can't figure out what is causing this because everything has been fine before and I haven't changed anything at all since. I will upload save file for it to be checked out.

I'm not entirely sure this is a bug or just a part of the game design. But since signing an 19 year old striker his determination has drastically dropped. Maybe my clib doesnt have the facilites it needs to improve him? I dont know. I've not really come across this on any FM before. I've uploaded the save file too so it can be checked out.

Criticising after a loss always results in the squad being unhappy

After a game i've lost 2-0 but had the better of the stats, I told the team if we play like all the time we'll get better results in future and this has resulted in the team bieng confused and wanting a team meeting. It's probably been the only team talk i've made all season where its had a negative outcome on the squad and they want a team meeting, i think this is unrealistic. If it was happening every week I could understand it. My manager support has been added this time for reference. -

Yep my managerial support from the players is "very good" when this has happened. If it happens again i'll try to get a screenshot. -
I'm not sure this is a bug as such, but it happens way too frequently. After a loss where I am expecting a decent result I would use the option to say they havent been good enough, not throwing the water bottle or anything, and every single time the squad comes to me saying my team talks are too harsh. So i feel like I can't ever criticise the team even a little without the fear of backlash from the squad

I won the first leg of a cup game 2-1, the 2nd leg of the cup game I drew 2-2 so I won 4-3 on aggregate. Before the game I had 14 losses and 14 draws in my career, afer drawing 2-2 i now have 15 losses instead of 15 draws.
