Despite being a 5 star manager I'm constantly being offered low wages, for example i rejected a 36k offer for a role despite trying to negotiate a higher salary but the same club then higher a manger for 155k with the same reputation as me.

Can someone confirm how player valuations are made please. I recently signed a decent player on free and he's only showing a fee of 14-40k. I also had a striker who despite being a decent goal scorer he was only worth 3mill and was 23 years old. Save added. -
Despite 2 promotions and qualifying for the Europa conference league the only way I'm able to buy players is by selling players due to my transfer budget never increasing. Save file added, would be good to know if this was a bug.

i recently brought a player outside of the transfer window and he joined club straight away. -
Despite getting playing time players are recalled extremely quick when not being played in agreed position. screenshots added showing player played all games so far, this has happened a couple of times now.

Yes, same with me unable to see what youth players teams have signed. -
After securing my second promotion I noticed I received a higher transfer budget with my first promotion, despite now being in a higher league. My club also had new owners which seems to have not changed anything financially, I've attached my save for you to review.

I have experienced this issue too, it seems to happen at the end of the season for me and resolves when the transfer window reopens. Issue prevents you from buying players before interest is shown from other clubs.
