From time to time, you lose the ability to manage the responsibilities of your B team and under-19. You can't reaccess it unless you load up your save game.

I saved before the transfer was confirmed because I feared that would happen. So I just reloaded the game. Sadly, I don't have it to share.

This error comes from 23 (at least). You sell a player with the transfer date being the end of the season, but the player goes immediately.
