Update: I started new saves in several countries: England, Argentina, Italy, Turkey, Spain, etc. And this problem only occurs in stadiums where crowd light flares. Is there any way I can remove flares from my game? -

Yes! I noticed that this only happened when I played in stadiums with a lot of crowds. I lowered the "Crowd Quality" option to "Low or off" and the problem no longer happened. -
