I purchased this HP Victus, and sometimes while playing it will just lag and freeze. Does the laptop not meet the requirements to run the game or can I change something in the settings to make it run better? also the ram is 16 instead of 8.

Hey guys, I am rather new to the game actually. Started off playing on mobile, then on the console version. i want to play the pc version and would like to get a laptop. Due to the mobility factor. The issue is that I am awful at technology and don’t know what laptop I should purchase. If I could get some recommendations on what to buy. I will only be using this laptop to play FM and that is it. My budget is anything between 400-700 dollars.
