Hello everyone, so basically my problem has been with a simple 433 that was like this SK (de) WB(At) CD(De) CD(De) WB(Support) DM (De) BMW (Supp) BBM (Supp) IF (Supp) IW (Supp) AF (At The first tactic helped a lot in my first season with Wolves, even achieving 6th in the Premier which was awesome. However, this season has started and the tactic has not worked at all so I decided to tweak some things because the AF didn't get the balls and did not score at all compared to the IF and the IW. And basically I decided to convert the AF into a CF and change the BWM into a CM on attack hoping that we get better results, which was not the case at all. The problems are the following: We get destroyed when teams pass into space and when the other team counter us. I've tried to play on "Counter" too and with more direct play but we lose many balls during this process. It's even worse when trying to play short as we tend to have possesion but never shoot at the goal. So, can anyone help me tweak this tactic in order to obtain better results?

Thanks, already changed all of it. I also put the WB into attack to try to overlap the IW on the left. Would you recommend changing the roles of the midfield? I think Mezzala in attack and IW kind of collide in the field when attacking

First of all, hello and thanks for reading this folks. I'm managing Real Murcia and I managed to promote it into Segunda División of Spain, I did a lot of transfer and basically revamped the entire squad except for the goalkeeper, a central midfielder and the captain, also witha bunch of young players. The problem is that we are constantly losing (which is common as we are a side that promoted) but we are really failing, the morale of my team is always down and we are going to be in a tough year it seems. I'm trying everything to boost the morale up but as we lose, it is basically useless. So, yeah, I think I need help. I don't know why we are constantly struggling scoring goals and my defense is getting destroyed each match that we play and I just don't know why, I get that we are weaker than the other teams but I didn't we were that weak. What I did notice in the matches is that both my wingers (The IW and the W) frequently lose the ball, so I might be changing the focus of the possesion to just play out of defense. Also I know that I need to have a BPD as we are playing out of defense. However, I don't know if there are roles that kind of collide in the field, something in my midfield is not working as we are not capable of bringing the ball to my forward. Another thing that I want to point out is that I'm having problems against 4-2-3-1 as it seems it is the formation that all teams play in this division, they completely break my defense in the penalty area as you can see in the tactic. Any help will be welcomed. All the teams have more shots and even more xG than me and I don't what it is the cause. Any help will be welcomed
