    Please allow us to negotiate contracts with club owners. This will reduce issues of resigning when we want to leave a club by letting our contracts expire and leave freely without bad reputations like 'mercenary manager '

    I would love we-managers to sign contracts.This will well decide our futures either to stay at the club for a specific time instead of resigning when you want to leave or get sacked.This will help alot because I'd know that I'll leave when my contact expires if I don't want to stay or if I want to stay,I'd renew my contract

    I really really would like managers to negotiate contracts.We cannot just stay at a club for years,and sometimes I want to leave a club but the only way is to be sacked or resign which is frustrating.I would love to see managers signing contracts so that we can decide whether to stay or NOT
