  3. Hello, I have returned for the 20th time to ask for help with player histories. Does anybody have a good guide to creating a player. I don't mean just to put together a basic person and a contract and stats, but to fill in ALL of the things. My current problem is trying to get the player history correct in the biography of the player. I have a player called Alois Oviedo. I have it written that he began at club A in 1/1/2006 and has remained there 'til the start of the game date. In 2009, 1/1/2009 to 31/10/2009, he moved on loan to Club B for a season. I have filled in the player history and non-player history correctly. I have done his contract correctly. I have, what i'm assuming, is everything correctly. When i go into the game and look at his profile and biography, it states he joined club A in 2006 and broke into the team in 2009 making 2 appearances (correct) then signed for club B in 2009 and appeared 30 times (Incorrect because it tells the reader he joined permenantly instead of on loan), then nothing else. The player has 10 more seasons of data written out yet it does not read it out and only claims he played 2 games then left to join club b in 2009. i have ticked 'on loan' in the history and there is nothing to differentiate in the non-player history. i could write in the player history another line with the of his later seasons which would read and present his 300+ league apperances, but it would still read he joined club B and then say he rejoined club A again. I know how fill out the player history and make it work if it involves a simple transfer or a 'one club man' history, but once there's a loan -- the game won't register that it's a loan except in the player stats section.   4. Hello, I hope you are well. I would like some help with writing player histories. I write the player and non-playing history as seen in the attached images, and when i load the game the history is there as expected, but the problem is that it says that the player just joined the team in the gamestart season rather than being here for 5 years. It isn't much of a problem, because i can just skip past the first transfer window screen, but seeing that a team has spent 200 mil in their first season because the game decides that their whole team, reserves and youth, were signed today.

Hello, I want to set individual transfer values for created players in my created leagues. i have given them transfer values in the contract section and i've set transfer values in the nations page. The values remain for a season, but change at the start of the next when the players go from 0 rep to whatever they deserve. The only problem is, my CA 195 players with 'worldwide' reputation go from 100m (which i set) to 7k just like my 120ca with 2000 rep player would. The thing is, i have A player (180CA) in one team (2000 rep team) in my second tier (60 rep) who went from 50m (my given values) to being 125M after having their rep given, but their rep is ~2500. A teammate on that same team with 130 CA and ~2500 rep went from 25M to 8M. if somebody could help me have values which are set in stone. i would be greatful. Also even when i manually change them with the ingame editor it basically doesn't mean anything and everybody just ignores the 25m i set with cheats and offers 5K. my created nation is 2500 rep. The top division is 70 rep. highest rep team is 2800 rep. (an aside: my idea for the database is a nation with untapped potential. starts out unknown, players play at least 3-4 domestic seasons and create a heirarchy of 4 four teams, yoyo teams, and such. i do want the original players to then get poached and the nation's 135 PA leads to a solid but at times mediocre set of generations which will never be as good as the original but want to replicate their feats.)

  7. I have a database made up of two custom nations, a league set up, 40+ teams... etc, all the works. It was all fine and swimming, but after a some changes and additons: editing other countries nation transfer preferences (i changed this back), a couple more players for the teams, fixed my nation's young player of the year award (forgot to set a maximum for age). It should all be fine, but when i try to start a new game and begin the loading process- it fails at the first hurdle of "setting up database". i'm not sure what my problem is or should i just start over from one? its only 10K changes so i can't see why it would fail like this. Any help will be appreciated d. Thank you.
  8. i've been playing fm12 for a long time now, the only game i have more hours in is the fm12 editor. all of a sudden when i try to start a new game it crashes when loading the new save. It can load old saves fine. I have removed and readded and removed created databases. i've deleted the cache. i've deleted the game. i've verified the game files in the steam window thing. i've messed with different nations to see if its just england that crashes the game. the game simply refuses to work when i start a new game. crashes completely. no warning or error message. jsut straight to my home screen. if someone knows how to fix this... i would be in your debt. i just want to get back to testing out my new databases and such.

  10. have you managed to get it to budge with the new update? i don't feel as though much has changed. i have given up with the advanced rules as it causes that problem in verification, only wanted to make one tiny change. i'm just assuming it has to do with the advanced rules.

  12. yeah i tried this one yesterday, but just couldn't figure it out. It removes the (not verified) completely from the top, but does nothing else. i just really wished they let you do a "**** about and find out" thing where the verification was just a warning.

  14. Does anyone know how to currently force an FM23 database/file to be verified? My file is currently stuck in the "new stage 3 for UEFA Europa League can't find teams to be created, 11 teams found, 32 needed" problem and i can't figure out how to solve it. It's an advanced rule problem, barely any change using advanced rule brings up this problem and i can't figure out how to fix it. If anyone knows how to force verify a file or solve the "new stage 3... blah blah blah" problem -- please help... thank you
  15. yeah- same i made 6 custom nations in Europe. It's just when editing advanced rules that this problem occurs. Everything else works fine- as if it were previous editions of FM - until advanced rules are engaged, but it's, for me, only really the smallest of changes with advanced rules.
