This will help save time and reduce the risk of the player getting injured before your preferred option makes a bid or the transfer window closes. Additionally, please can make teams outside the top 5 leagues request an affiliation with 5-star teams to enhance the gameplay experience.

Why would Mbappe or Verratti want to go on loan? If they're at the tail end of their career, they might leave for playing opportunities elsewhere but they are key players in the Paris team, so why would they want to go out go out on loan? Your team must be rich in talents for you to have the luxury of loaning out Mbappe.

Marc, is there a way to restrict the relatively easy method of accumulating money in FMM? The absence of groundskeeping, weekly player and staff wage payments, and reliance on ticket and shirt sales make it easy to amass a significant amount of money after a season in the game. Additionally, I would like to bring attention to the affiliate team system. Currently, only teams in the top five leagues request affiliation with world-class teams. I propose expanding the options to include teams from various leagues, such as the Belgian, Dutch, and Turkish leagues, seeking affiliation.

Your first point is a frustrating one. Whenever I face teams in the relegation zone, I set my mode of play to overload so as to rattle them before halftime. I score three, four or five before HT, so normally, I set my play to counter before containing the game out. I end up with weird ratings after this. Since I don't attack in the second half of the game, the same players with good ratings in the first half end up with ratings of 6 or an unlucky 5 if the player made a couple of mistakes. Go to your phone storage, click on Documents folder, Sports Interactive folder, Football Manager 2023 Mobile folder, and lastly the Games folder. Your saves are listed as fm_save1.fms, fm_save2.fms, fm_save3.fms and so on. They don't take up much storage space so you can decide to compress all using winrar, Z archiver or your file manager. Send the compressed file to your mail, a WhatsApp contact or save it on Mega. You can get the file back after reboot and decompress it into the Game folder. I don't know about omission of key players by the opposition managers but players scoring their first goal of the season against my team is something I experience every edition. If Joël Matip scores his first goal of the season against my team, I won't pay attention to that, but it's always the Nathaniel Phillips, Rhys Williams that don't get to play up to 3games a season. I know my clean sheet is in danger when opposition managers sub on this type of players. But it's worth saying its not a Football manager thing, I used to experience the same in PES and EA's FIFA manager mode. Stopped playing both games so don't know if it still occurs in them.

The players get older so you set your new search settings to an age lower than theirs by -1.

It's pretty easy with Google play store though. Create a new mail, turn on your VPN which is set to a different country then log into the play store as the new mail.

I would advise he bins work ball into the ball in his tactic. Defensive teams will have a field day against you. Marc, can you have a look at the scroll options in the player search result screen. When going through the general info of teams, there is a button for next and previous team which makes it easier to navigate. Can this method be applied to the player search result screen .e.g. Let's say I searched for RB's, I have to click on a player result, return to the menu, click on another and repeat this step which is tedious. I will appreciate it if when I click on a player, there is a next/previous player option on the player screen in searches. This option is available when navigating through my own players in the tactics screen. Also, I've waited years for SI to solve the issue of not being able to send scouts to Spain, Portugal and European countries in the Southwest. A manual search has to be conducted. Can you list the countries available under each continent options. Thanks.

Send the young players with potential to improve on loan to other teams. The reserve system in England and Spain rewards players the same way despite the Spanish one's playing in a senior league. The players hardly improve cos they complain of not playing even when they play 50+ games for the reserve team. You can stock up your reserve team with aged players on a free contract like Musacchio, Arias, Labyad, Ghoulam, Gnagnon, Radoja e.t.c. to avoid your reserve team getting relegated.

Thanks for getting back to me. You kind of misinterpreted what I meant. I got a 30 year old forward with aerial stats of 17 mentor two young forwards(both are 18 years) with aerial stats of 9 and 8 respectively. Two seasons in, the young forwards have managed to boost their leadership rating from below 10 to 15 and 16. The 30 year old mentoring them doesn't even have his Leadership stat that high. Their Aerial stats didn't improve at all but the Leadership stat did.

Marc, is there going to be a change to the mentorship programs. I got Guido Carillon for his 17 aerial stats but he couldn't improve two young forwards heading attributes in two seasons. They preferred improving their Leadership which is 14 for Guido.

When starting a new save, the max number of playable leagues is 5. Most People pick England, Germany, Spain, France and Italy because they are the top 5 leagues. The real wonderkids in FM aren't located in these leagues. Players miss out of the fun in having wonderkids located in South America, Portugal, the Netherlands and Belgium. SI should look into increasing the number of playable leagues to 7 or 8 to accommodate lesser known leagues.
