There are sites like capalogy, spotrack where approximate amounts are given. In the original mode, these salaries are quite different from the other ones in case the player has changed locations. Kante was making around 300k/week at Chelsea and in "your world" mode he is suddenly making around 90k/week and has been given an artificial contract extension.

I started playing for Sigma Olomouc in the Czech first league. For a match against the worst teams in the league, more fans came to the home stadium than Slavia or Sparta, where only an average attendance arrived. At the same time, in reality, twice the number of viewers would certainly have arrived. Alternatively, refer me to another thread where I could report this. But in a game where I'm playing for the front row against the best team in the league, I don't want to see such weird attendance numbers. I believe this will be a general problem.

I've noticed in several league competitions that average teams' home games against the top teams in the competition don't get more fans than, for example, below average teams. I think the numbers are adequate when it comes to any kind of rivalry. For example, I played for Sigma Olomouc and more spectators came to the match with the last Teplice (no rivalry) than the match with the first Slavia (which has a much greater reputation, position in the table, etc.). In general, the average visits are quite correct, but their distribution is strange and does not correspond to reality.

I created my own changes to the database of mostly Czech football players or coaches playing in the Czech Republic. I also adjusted attendance according to current numbers or clubs. I did not touch the rules of the competitions. That makes Tenshi great. I would like to share it with you and maybe it will help in the next updates or FM24. My effort was really to make the players more real, not to improve them. I have tested and simulated everything several times and I have good results with it. Just as transfer preferences for the Czechia do not make sense and need to be adjusted. At least the starting 11 of teams are much more accurate now. Exactly. The most important thing in a manager's job is to lead or create a well-functioning team. The consolation is that the coaches who came with the coach will probably also leave with him, and then there are people connected to the club for a long time (former players, for example) who will probably stay there. -
I think it would be appropriate to add dynamism, hierarchy and cooperation among employees as well. I think one can put together a team of coaches from 10 different countries (who don't understand each other) with everyone having different tactical preferences, which should cause confusion. Your assistant wants to play park the bus and your coach (who actually trains, for example, defense) wants to play gegenpres and extended defense. I'd like it to not only matter so much about attributes, but also synergy. Thanks for feedback, PK
